You are cordially invited to participate in the Healthy Oregon Project (HOP) – a groundbreaking research study that brings together genetic cancer screening, via a saliva sample, with comprehensive surveys on your environment, behaviors, and lifestyle. The objective is to gain insights into individuals' risk levels for various diseases, including cancer.

With this exceptional app, you will be able to:

 <li>Effortlessly complete surveys concerning your health habits and environment to significantly contribute to early detection research, and have the opportunity for long-term health monitoring should you choose to continue participating.</li>
 <li>Access crucial information about how and where to donate a saliva sample for comprehensive genetic screening.</li>
 <li>Instantly access your genetic screening results, completely free of charge. These results will help identify any potential risks for inheritable diseases based on your DNA profile.</li>
